Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives.

If you notice shipping damage or believe your product has a manufacturing defect, contact us within 7 days of delivery.

We'll review the issue promptly and work with you to find the best solution.

A brief description of the issue

Shear Policy

Professional grooming shears are precision instruments.

For hygiene and quality assurance, all shear sales are considered final once they have been used.

However, this does not affect our commitment to manufacturing quality.

If your shears arrive with a manufacturing defect or shipping damage, simply contact us during the 7-Day Inspection period.

Apparel Returns

Unused apparel may be returned within 30 days of delivery.

Returned items must be:

Unworn
Unwashed
In original condition
With original tags attached

If your apparel arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately.

Warranty

Every SharpCzar product is inspected before shipping.

If a manufacturing defect is discovered after the initial inspection period, we'll review each case individually and work with you toward a fair solution.
